If an item(s) require a refund due to a change of mind it is the customers responsibility to send the item back in the same condition as it was received. Once the item has been received the refund will be processed. Items must be returned within 14 days upon receipt. Refunds cannot be given for personalised or custom orders unless the item is faulty.
If an exchange is required the customer must cover any additional charges.
If an item is faulty upon receipt please get in contact via the contact page to discuss the refund process.
It is the customers responsibilty to post the item(s) back and refunds will be made, including postage costs in the case of a faulty item, once the item has been posted back and received.
In some instances a repair service may be offered and will be discussed upon contact.
